Terms of Usage

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on WPostly for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Each license key is issued to a single user for a single WordPress website. You may not:

Transfer your license key to another person without written permission

4. Credit System

Free Plan: 2 credits per week (resets every 7 days)
Pro Plan: 20 credits per month (resets every 30 days)
Business Plan: 100 credits per month (resets every 30 days)
Credits expire as scheduled and do not roll over
Unused credits cannot be refunded or transferred

5. Content Generation

WPostly generates content using AI. You agree that:

Generated content is original and created specifically for you
You retain all rights to published content on your website
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing
You agree not to use generated content for illegal purposes
You will not use WPostly to generate spam or malicious content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on WPostly are provided "as is". WPostly makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall WPostly or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WPostly.
